Guide Book Publishing Will:
Typeset, print, collate, and direct mail your Guide Book & Directory to members' homes, all at no cost (including postage) to your congregation.
Print extra supply of the Guide Book & Directory necessary to pass out to all new members joining throughout the year.
Update all information, changes where necessary - on an annual basis.
Secure sufficient advertisers to cover all costs involved.
The Congregation Will:
Provide Guide Book Publishing (GBP) with a computer generated copy of information desired for the Guide Section.
Provide GBP with any special artwork (line drawing or photographs) for the cover. GBP will assist in this design work, when asked.
Samples of what this information might be can be found here.
Provide GBP with a computer generated list of families for typesetting and mailing.
Provide GBP with any special photographs or art cuts you wish to have included in the Guide Section.
